It’s almost four (4) in the morning but my friend keeps on bugging me. He has a problem with his car and wants me to help him. He is actually looking for some accessories for his Dodge Charger SRT. Well good thing I know the right place to head on when it comes to car accessories. Continue reading »
Happy, happy birthday to our dear Tatay Rudy! We all love you so much! See you soon! Mwahugs! -Lil Kimy and Mommy Dhadha
Last Friday evening, I initiated a game for me and Lil Kimy to play. My lil darling has her own plastic basket which is full of colorful balls. So for a change, I thought of playing basket ball inside our room. I placed all her balls beside her so she could easily pick-it up. She started to throw balls inside the basket but after awhile, she got bored with it. Toink. So instead of throwing balls, she was able to put the basket in her head and she kept on running in circles, bare footed inside our room. How cool is that? LOL. Lookie here!

Last week, I was able to buy an interesting book at the Robinson’s Place, entitled, Discipline without Shouting or Spanking by Jerry Wyckoff, Ph.D. and Barbara C. Unell. The first time I saw this book, I admit that I really wanted to buy it asap. LOL. I have a toddler and I want to learn some ideas on how to discipline her in a correct and proper way. Price is around P190.00 PHP only.

When I got home, I immediately showed the book to my mother-in-law. I was surprised when she told me that she has also a book which is somewhat the same with the book I bought. She showed it to me and we found out that it was actually the old version of the Discipline without Shouting or Spanking book. The author is still the same. Mine was actually the revised and expanded edition. Coool!

Last Saturday – April 10, 2010, my Lil Kimy and I attended Gabby’s 4th birthday celebration at Mayfair – Bacolod. Just so you know, Gabby was the only daughter of my college classmate / friend, Noelle. Anyway, the party started around 3:30PM. It was held at the Mayfair Hall Building, located at the third floor. When we arrived, there we’re just few people waiting for the party to start. Hmm, there were also some guys who is still decorating the room. LOL. But in fairness, I can say that the room was so cute and full of colors! There were balloons everywhere and there were colorful clothing on the ceiling too. Love it!
Well, Gabby’s birthday theme is Dora the Explorer. Hihi. Unfortunately, when the birthday girl arrived, I really thought she would be wearing a Dora the Explorer outfit. Instead, she wore a beautiful purple gown which really suits her — she looks like a princess! Very pretty indeed! Here she is »

Moving on, the party started with some singing and dancing. And after that, there were minor games for the kids. I can say that my lil kiddo really enjoyed the party a lot. She participated in every game and she even met new friends. She was so happy to receive prizes from Ms. Amber, the party emcee. Here are some of the photos taken during the said event »

Tomorrow is my cousins 17th birthday. Well, I was really planning of going on a family outing. But unfortunately, my aunties suggested that I should better change plans since going on a private resort can cost us much. They told me that instead of paying for the entrance fee, pool fee, cottage/room, etc., we should just buy it with lots of food for us to share and enjoy. They’ve got a point, they’re on the practical side that is. But I was really, really looking forward on spending my summer with lots of swimming and fun-fun-fun. LOL. Sigh.
